Student Led Financial Initiative (SLFI)
WBE members teach financial literacy to neurodiverse students, originally in partnership with Pragnya over Zoom and now focused on an annual program for 5th graders at Laurelwood Elementary School.
We run service events in Santa Clara and at Wilcox — turning business skills into real community impact.
Business skills are most useful when they help the people around you. WBE members log volunteer hours each year through events the club organizes and through partner organizations across Santa Clara.

WBE has supported Santa Clara's Parade of Champions every year since the parade returned. Members run social media, notify residents along the route about closures, and build and analyze the surveys that feed back to parade management.
A life-simulation event WBE runs end to end. Participants step through careers, paychecks, investing, and retirement, and see the long-term trade-offs play out before they have to make them in real life.
Local nonprofits and small businesses welcome — we'll help you scope and staff it.
